General Information
Hesse is a central federal state in the center of Germany. In Frankfurt am Main is biggest passenger airport in Germany. So Frankfurt is the biggest gateway for foreigners to Germany

Public Transportation with bicycle transport
In southern Hesse the bicycle transport is free of charge on all train routes of the RMV. In northern Hesse the bicycle is also free of charge. There is a bicycle fee if travel with an Intercity train of the Deutsche Bahn.
